Josie is a parent of 4, ages ranging from secondary to primary. Her passion for Advocacy, Coaching and Counselling began during her personal experience with personal development training.
During her training, Josie became aware personal development and behaviour management was more indespensible  in adolescents than in adulthood. She has embraced advocacy thus, promoting resilience and accountability.

Josie also shares the challenges of parent a child with special needs.

"While dealing with the challenges of parenting a child with ASD/ADHD/ODD, I found that not only was home life challenging, so was my child’s school and social life. I completed parenting Children with ADHD and difficult behaviour’s course, which in turn increased my passion to assist other families in the same situation I was in."  Josie Valenti (2014).

Parental experience together with professional training and education has provided Josie with the required skills and experience for supporting families with challenging children. These issues may include bullying, problem behaviours, self-harming and suicide ideation.

Josie holds, Diploma of Counselling (2016), Certificate in Teaching children With ADHD (2014), Certificate of Attainment in Psychological first Aid (2014), Certified Mental Health First Aid (2016), Diploma of Childcare (1996), Triple P Teenagers [for Parents] (2014). Australian First Aid (2019), B.Social Work (Qualifying 2020).
